Terms of service

The service
Body Evolution is a coaching app for training, nutrition, recovery and looks, offered by invitation. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be 16 or older to use it.
Not medical advice
Coaching, scores, estimates and AI answers are for general fitness and wellbeing information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before starting a new program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort.
The AI coach
The coach in the app is the AI version of Ferdinand, a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and medical trainer. It is an AI: its answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Use your judgement and check anything important with a professional.
