What it does
Body Evolution is a private iPhone app where coach Ferdinand guides a small group of people: personalised training programs, AI meal scanning, recovery and sleep insights from Apple Health and WHOOP, face and body progress scans, and a daily check-in that keeps the streak going.
Private by design
Photos from face and body scans stay on your iPhone. Your data is stored in the EU and never sold. You can export or delete everything from the app at any time.
